Product Return Policy

Lacoste Fragrances Store will accept return of product within 30 days of you receiving your order, for the following reasons:

  • Quality Defects
  • Non-Performance of Products
  • Damaged Products
  • Product dissatisfaction

Product Return Process

  • Carefully pack your items in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, place them in a suitable shipping carton.
  • Complete the information on the back of the packing slip indicating the reason for the return.
  • If the packing slip is not available, please note the following on a separate sheet of paper:
    • Your first and last name
    • Your address, including street, city, state and zip code
    • The reason for your return
    • Your order number
  • Enclose the packing slip with the return.
  • Ship to our Massachusetts warehouse using the return label from the packing slip, to:

  • Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.
  • Returns must be shipped to:

  • Return Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Restocking Fee

  • If an order or item is returned that included a gift message, gift box or personalization, a restocking charge of $9.99 may apply.
