Return Policy
Product Return Policy Lacoste Fragrances Store will accept return of product within 30 days of you receiving your order, for the following reasons:
- Quality Defects
- Non-Performance of Products
- Damaged Products
- Product dissatisfaction
Product Return Process
- Carefully pack your items in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, place them in a suitable shipping carton.
- Complete the information on the back of the packing slip indicating the reason for the return.
- If the packing slip is not available, please note the following on a separate sheet of paper:
- Your first and last name
- Your address, including street, city, state and zip code
- The reason for your return
- Your order number
- Enclose the packing slip with the return.
- Ship to our Massachusetts warehouse using the return label from the packing slip, to:

- Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.

- Return Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Restocking Fee
- If an order or item is returned that included a gift message, gift box or personalization, a restocking charge of $9.99 may apply.
